Pentru o stare de bine putem sa ne intrebam: “Ce sau pe cine apreciez cel mai mult din viața mea acum?”. 🙂
Acest exercitiu ne ajuta sa practicam recunoștința. Fie ca alegem sa meditam 10 minute căutând răspunsul, fie ca alegem sa-l scriem intr-o agenda/jurnal este o practica la fel de benefica.
